JESSICA PIERCE, LCSW, RYT-200

Clinical Director

I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families who have faced traumatic experiences, whether recent or from the past. I believe the best healing approach is centered on collaborating with clients to develop tailored holistic strategies that promote optimal wellness. I feel that it is important to address the healing process from the whole person perspective to see lasting results.

I hold both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern California, with a strong emphasis on psychology, sociology, neuroscience, and social work. My clinical experience spans across community mental health, foster care, juvenile justice, and school social work, and I have undergone specialized training in various trauma therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Sand Play Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy, and mindfulness-based treatments.

LEILANI

Leilani is an Intuitive Reiki Practitioner, certified Master in Usui and Quantum Reiki. She is also certified as a Trauma-Informer Breathwork Facilitator. After going through a personal healing experience, Leilani found Reiki as a form of transformational healing. She has come to respect this as a calling to inspire others on their own healing journey. Leilani believes we all have the ability to transform within to find peace and empowerment. She is available to inspire and help guide those who have an open heart and mind with their healing process. She is passionate about helping people identify their needs, as well as focusing on providing a spiritual connection to your personalized healing experience. She opens her intuitive abilities in your healing sessions to gain a sense of how your system is functioning overall. DEMI TUUK VELARDE, LMSW, CSW-INTERN

Clinical Intern Therapist

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families (ages 10 and up) facing a range of issues, including mind-body connection, emotion dysregulation (such as anxiety, depression, and anger), trauma-related stress, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building. I completed my undergraduate studies at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) with an Associate of Arts in Psychology and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts in Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). I went on to complete my Master of Social Work at UNLV, concentrating in direct practice, where I gained hands-on experience in clinical and behavioral health and crisis intervention.

My clinical focus centers on understanding how adverse childhood experiences affect individuals and families mentally, behaviorally, and emotionally. I strive to help clients improve their overall well-being with a compassionate, non-judgmental, and accepting approach. I draw from a variety of modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy—and use Solution-Focused and Strengths-Based approaches to guide clients in their healing journeys.

I have specialized training in trauma-focused therapies, such as Internal Family Systems Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to provide support and guidance to individuals and families, helping them enhance their emotional and mental well-being. I am passionate about using alternative healing practices to help clients connect mind, body, and spirit for optimal health.

GABY FOSTER MARTIN, LMSW, CSW-INTERN

Clinical Intern Therapist

I am a bilingual clinical social worker intern, fluent in both Spanish and English, dedicated to supporting clients of all ages—from toddlers to adults and families—as they work through challenges in their lives. I hold a Master of Social Work from Boise State University (2021), a Master of Education with a focus in Autism from Sierra Nevada University (2011), and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nevada State College (2010).

As the founder of Jalen’s Gift Foundation, I spent over 11 years offering heartfelt support to families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss. This work has been profoundly meaningful to me, as I’ve walked alongside families, helping them navigate their grief and find pathways to healing.

In my clinical practice, I specialize in several areas, including:

  • Autism, with a focus on social-emotional development and behavior management in children

  • Grief and loss, particularly around pregnancy, infant loss, and child loss

  • Emotional dysregulation, covering anxiety, depression, and anger management

  • Trauma, including sexual abuse and narcissistic abuse

  • Self-harming behaviors and self-sabotage

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

To meet the unique needs of each client, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Somatic Therapy to tap into the mind-body connection, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, as I believe that healing begins in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. I am committed to walking with my clients on their healing journeys, helping them explore their emotions, overcome barriers, and discover their inner strengths. Together, we work toward healing, resilience, and personal growth, fostering a deeper sense of well-being.
