When I'm not adventuring into nature with family and friends, you'll find me on my yoga mat, traveling to new places, or chasing adrenaline on horseback-- training and barrel racing. I'm all about living life to the fullest and constantly leveling up by learning new skills and exploring new passions!

I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Trauma-Informed Care, Somatic Practices, Nervous System Regulation Strategies, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
As a licensed therapist and registered yoga teacher, I recognize the powerful connection between the mind and body. I believe healing happens when we address both emotional experiences and the ways those experiences are held within the nervous system.
