Love In Repair:
A Relational Repair Series for Couples

This introductory workshop series is for couples who have experienced hurt, distance, or a shift in trust and want to reconnect without blame or pressure. Rather than rehashing the past, the focus becomes understanding how stress, defensiveness, and emotional withdrawal affect connection — and how to interrupt those patterns with steadiness and care.

Couples will learn practical tools to slow reactivity, communicate more clearly, and redirect emotional energy back into the relationship. The emphasis is on restoring safety first, so both partners can feel grounded, heard, and back on the same side.

This 3-Part Series will be held in person on the following dates:

Part One: January 31st from 10:30 AM- 12:00 PM

Part Two: February 28th from 10:30 AM- 12:00 PM

Part Three: March 28th from 10:30 AM- 12:00 PM
